Robins & Day Head Office is based at Pinley House in Coventry.  All of our centralised departments are based here including:

Across the road is our dedicated learning Academy where our employees can attend development training schemes.

Pinley House is the ‘Mother Ship’ and supports our dealerships every step of the way!

Our HR Advisors are the face of the HR team helping to assist our Managers and Employees here at Robins & Day. They provide a generalist HR service to our dealer network and provide direction and guidance on best practice to all at Robins & Day.

We look for our HR Advisors to have excellent communication skills and confidence in dealing with people at all levels of the business.

Due to the level of responsibility in our HR Advisor roles we look for people who are educated to a degree level or equivalent, CIPD Qualified or working towards would be desirable and ideally have 1-2 years’ experience in a previous HR advisory role
