Following the latest government announcements, our Aftersales teams will remain open, following strict safety measures, to offer servicing, MOT and repairs. Our sales showrooms will close from 5th November* until further notice but our centralised Sales team will be available via telephone or live chat if you have any questions. Until the 5th November we will remain fully open for sales enquiries and vehicle viewings.
From 5th November our sales showrooms will be closed to the public however our sales teams will still be available to provide you all the information you need and to sell you a car remotely. This includes personal videos of your vehicle of interest, video calls with one of our sales advisors and live chat with one of our centralised team. Reserve online is available, allowing you to reserve a vehicle for 5 days with just a few clicks, ensuring the vehicle will NOT be sold before you get the opportunity to see it. Click & Collect and home deliveries are also available once you have purchased a vehicle. Both options follow our strict COVID-Secure Standards so the car is safely prepared ready for you.

ONLINE AFTERSALES SERVICE & REPAIR
All of our sites are open for Aftersales service & repair via appointment only**. We are able to take online bookings for general vehicle servicing, MOTs and repairs for all customers. For your peace of mind the safety protocols we are taking include:
- Staff monitoring of basic health and subsequent 14 day isolation in case of any Covid 19 symptom - ensuring our staff are safe to serve you
- Social distancing measures around the dealership, clearly marked, for your peace of mind.
- Enhanced cleaning regimes of our facilities - to maintain hygiene.
- Allocated timed appointments for vehicle drop and collection - to maintain social distancing
- Specific routines for vehicle hygiene - meaning we may need you vehicle a little longer than normal.
- Our staff will be wearing face mask - this is a general precaution - behind the mask is a welcoming smile.

The reservation is set at £99 and is a fully refundable fee. Our Centralised Sales team will then contact you within 24 hours to confirm your reservation and arrange everything for you.

CLICK & COLLECT
Click & collect will be available from all our dealerships via appointment only, in a COVID secure location, in the outside space of the dealership, safely and at a time which suits you.
We will leave your vehicle for 3 hours following a thorough preparation of your vehicle and will greet you from a social distance and directed to your new car. Your new car will be parked with a safe space around it.

For all new and used car orders, your car will be delivered by one of our Robins & Day employees. We will try are best to deliver the vehicle within 7 days. All Robins & Day employees have their tempature and COVID-19 symptoms checked daily plus on delivery will be wearing full personal protection which includes gloves and mask.
As well as maintain a 2m distance from you at all times to ensure social distancing. If there is a part exchange we will take it away on the day but your part exchange must have been left with no contact for a minimum of 3 hours prior to delivery.
