All our sites remain open for Aftersales which include servicing, MOT and repairs whilst our Click & Collect service is available for all new and used vehicle sales. Our sales showrooms are physically closed for you to visit due to lockdown restrictions across the UK. As a COVID-secure business, we offer a range of options to ensure that all of our customers are comfortable. Where our showrooms are open we can offer face-to-face appointments and where we cannot welcome you into our showrooms, we can still offer phone calls, video calls with our Sales Advisors or a variety of online options, including Click & Collect, Home Delivery and Reserve Online.   • Allocated timed appointments for vehicle drop and collection - to maintain social distancing
  • Specific routines for vehicle hygiene - meaning we may need you vehicle a little longer than normal.
  • Our staff will be wearing face mask - this is a general precaution - behind the mask is a welcoming smile.

The reservation is set at £99 and is a fully refundable fee. Our Centralised Sales team will then contact you within 24 hours to confirm your reservation and arrange everything for you.

Click & collect will be available from all our dealerships via appointment only, in a COVID secure location, in the outside space of the dealership, safely and at a time which suits you. 

We will leave your vehicle for 3 hours following a thorough preparation of your vehicle and will greet you from a social distance and directed to your new car. Your new car will be parked with a safe space around it.

For all new and used car orders, your car will be delivered by one of our Robins & Day employees. We will try are best to deliver the vehicle within 7 days. All Robins & Day employees have their tempature and COVID-19 symptoms checked daily plus on delivery will be wearing full personal protection which includes gloves and mask.

As well as maintain a 2m distance from you at all times to ensure social distancing. If there is a part exchange we will take it away on the day but your part exchange must have been left with no contact for a minimum of 3 hours prior to delivery.
