About the Citroen SpaceTourer

The Citroen SpaceTourer is a large MPV that can seat nine people. At its base it is a panel van, with a rear sliding door for passenger access and tinted windows at the back. This is the third generation of the Citroen SpaceTourer, which was launched in 2016 after the first generation was introduced in 1994. Currently the New Citroen SpaceTourer is built in France, Uruguay and Russia for different global markets.

Choose a Citroen SpaceTourer for You

The Citroen SpaceTourer is only available with a diesel Blue HDi engine but there are four different options. These start with the two 1.6-litre 94bhp and 113bhp models, along with a 2.0-litre 148bhp and range-topping 178bhp version. The first three all come with six-speed manual gearboxes but the 1.6-litre 178bhp model has a standard EAT6 automatic gearbox.

Three rows of seating are an option on every model and there are two different sizes of the Citroen SpaceTourer available. The Citroen SpaceTourer M is 4.96m long, while the XL is 5.30m in length. Both are 1.90m tall with a wide sliding door for easy access.

Compare the Trim Levels

There are five different trim levels available with the Citroen SpaceTourer. These start with the entry-level Feel, which includes cruise control with speed limiter and tyre pressure sensors, with 17-inch alloy wheels optional. Business trim is aimed more at private hire companies and comes with more seats but less equipment as standard than the Feel trim.

Rip Curl trims add a panoramic roof and split opening tailgate, with the black door mirrors and rear privacy glass as standard helping it stand out. The surf wear brand’s emblem is included, while inside there’s a 3.5-inch central colour display that complements the seven-inch touchscreen. Then at the top end is the Business Lounge trim aimed at private chauffeurs, with individual rear chairs and a central armrest, while the Citroen SpaceTourer Flair models include heated leather seats, keyless entry and start, and park assist technology. This trim also includes a sat-nav, but it is a £600 optional extra with the Feel and Business models.
