Click & Collect

In line with the Government guidance we are now operating a click & collect service. This will allow you to collect your new vehicle from one of our 62 franchise locations safely at a time which suits you. We also offer a home delivery option for our customers as a chargable option.



Once you have confirmed the perfect vehicle for you, your Robins & Day Sales Executive will confirm an appointment time with you. This is a timed appointment only available for you, so if possible we ask can you collect the vehicle on your own. We will only offer one collection at one of our sites at a time.



When you arrive on site you will be directed to a bay to return your part exchange, if you are using one, if not, you will be directed to park at least 2 metres away from your new car. The time your car arrives in will be marked on the windscreen as we must leave your vehicle for 3 hours before moving. Please remain in your car until this is complete. Once you are parked you will be greeted from a social distance and then directed to your new car.

All of this paperwork exchange will take place in the parking area reserved only for you. We cannot transact in the showroom at this time under Government rulings.

Your new car will be parked with a safe space around it.


Preparation of your vehicle

Our aftersales teams, working to COVID-Secure Standards, will ensure that your car is safely prepared ready for you to collect. After your car has been prepared in our workshop, a protective cover will be placed over the drivers seat, the steering wheel will be wrapped and the gear lever before it is parked in your collection bay ready for your arrival. Your Sales Executive will remove these items in anticipation of your arrival.

Once you have returned home and had time to explore your new vehicle. You might want to ask us some questions or you might want us to talk you through some specific operations on the vehicle. Our Sales Executives are on hand to do a post-digital handover on Facebook Messenger video call, so we can answer all your questions. Or we can arrange to do it in person once we are all safe to do so.
