3. Are your personal data transferred outside the EU?

We may transfer your Information to a country outside the European Economic Area ("EEA"), provided that the country to which the personal data are transferred ensures an adequate level of protection for your rights and freedoms. We will keep Personal Information obtained via the “Apply” button for no longer than 6 months if your application is unsuccessful, however, if Personal Information is obtained via the “Register your Interest” button, we will keep it for no longer than 12 months unless you have objected.

WHO ELSE GETS TO SEE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

You agree that we have the right to share Personal Information with:

  • other companies which are part of the group of companies which we may be part of from time to time (which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, as defined in section 1159 of the UK Companies Act 2006);
