Getting my first new car

The whole team have be dealing with my partners family for years now, I finally ordered my new car through them and the team were all friendly, upbeat and made it a nice environment to be in. The salesman Nick was brilliant, I went to him with a budget and he worked out a few different options for me to get the best deal with know nonsense and listened to everything I wanted. I would recommend to get your new from them to anyone!

Excellent experience

We bought a new Peugeot for our son and got an excellent service. It was that good that I went back and bought a car myself. I did all my dealings with Chris Dootson who was great throughout. In fact, the whole team was great.

Very Professional and friendly service

Very Professional and friendly service. Took time to show us about the car and test drive on Friday evening. We were not rushed at all despite it was well past closing time when we were finalising the deal. Good communication from Sam throughout the process from initial contact to completion. Always polite, giving good advice and obviously great cars. This is my fourth car from these guys and I won't be going anywhere else in the future.

A Great Experience!

I had researched my choice of new car and been to two other show rooms to look at other manufacturer's cars which could be suitable. The Peugeot 5008 met all my requirements on paper and my wife and I went to Robins and Day, I have never bought a French car and had some doubts that it would meet my requirements. What a surprise and what service, the receptionist showed us the car and Henry asked if he could help with our choice, nothing pushy, he explained which model would meet my requirements at the best price, he helped take my mobility scooter out of our car and showed how it fitted in the 5008, he then put it back. We chatted some more and Henry answered my numerous questions on the car, every answer positive. We arranged a test drive later in the day, and the car met all my needs. I am disabled and features on the car will make my driving so much easier. It is the first time I have had someone show me around all the controls and features in such detail. I have replaced my cars on a three year basis for the last thirty years and Henry has shown me that there is a better experience when you buy a car. Thanks Henry for your professional help, an enjoyable experience, I look forward to the delivery of my new car.

Excellent Service.

Excellent Service. Found a great deal on a new car for me, 3rd car from here now. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Didn’t mind the kids being there, very accommodating. Didn’t feel pressured into anything.

Good Communications and Customer Service

We dealt with John Millington when purchasing our vehicle, and he made the process very straightforward which was quite a feat considering we live 200 miles away. A main dealer can sometimes disappoint when it comes to customer service and often rely on the manufacturer reputation, but we were very reassured with the way John explained the process from start to finish.

I recently bought a two year old 308 Gt Line from Robins and Day Preston. I'd been looking for a couple of weeks and missed one that I really liked, however, my sales assistant John Ioannou found another car, same spec with 15000 miles less on the clock for a similar price.
