After a terrible and disheartening time at Arnold Clark, I was apprehensive about even going to a different dealership, but I was wrong. Robins and Day Birmingham North were absolutely fantastic, friendly and trustworthy advice from the moment we got there. Didn't feel like I was being lied to at any point, or like I was the target of a sales pitch.
I hadn't driven a car for nearly 10 months so was obviously nervous about the test drive, but David made me feel so relaxed it was like I hadn't stopped driving at all. I left with no pressure at all to buy the car, but decided to call back the next day and take the plunge! I can't wait to pick up my new Peugeot tomorrow!!

From the moment we walked into the showroom, we were treated as a valued guest. The showroom was busy, but time was taken to greet us and offer us coffee whilst we waited for someone to become available.
After not too long a wait, the salesman (Paul) gave us a full and complete introduction to the car and a decent test drive. Not pushy or trying to close there and then! Ran through the options and gave us space to discuss. Came back the next day and placed an order. Excellent in all aspects.
All went as it should have done

The appointment I made to test drive a used car I had seen on the website was kept, I wasn't kept waiting around for ages. The salesmen were very polite and friendly, offered a hot drink, and I didn't feel pressurised in any way. After the test drive I decided to go ahead and buy the car and was advised I could pick it up the next day ! The following day I arrived at the appointed time: the car was waiting and had been valeted ready to go. It had been taxed as promised and all the paperwork was ready. There were no hitches, I did the painful bit and paid the balance owing, left my old car behind and drove away in my new one. Couldn't really have asked for much more :-)

Difficult to be honest as this is the first time that I have had the experience of deciding on a new car then and there. But with consideration, it was definitely the best decision. And the speed and efficiency that the transaction was handled, showed how professional the organisation is.

First rate help as we negotiated the sale of our part exchange car and purchase of our chosen all-but new replacement. The price we agreed was as good as (almost better than) I could have hoped. The full transaction was done efficiently and with courtesy. Thank you.

I popped in on a Sunday and there wasn't too many people working, but I soon got served by Daniel. He made my experience of buying a car (for the first time!) very easy and enjoyable. A* service and made me feel very comfortable - would recommend.

Having decided to buy a new car I went to Robinson and day on the Kingsbury Rd to look at a new model Peugeot 3008 model.as soon as I entered the showroom in was greated buy a salesman called Steve. Who introduced me to Claire she was a delight to deal with she explained everything to me and even took me for a test drive there was no pressure at all and everything was explained in plain English to me .let can honestly say I have bought many cars in the past and the way I was treated by Claire was excellent she understands what customers care is all about well done

We had phoned previous to see what they had in stock but unfortunately there was no cars available in the model we wanted. A few minutes later they phoned us back to say that a deal could to had on a brand new car in the model we wanted. We visited the show room to a friendly salesman who took us out for a test drive and answered every question we fired at him. They promised us a good deal and we feel that we had a great deal.

I live 157 miles away from the dealer in Chingford, I can honestly say this is the easiest car I have ever bought. I saw the car on the internet called the dealership to enquire put a reservation down after they explained that if the car wasn't as expected at collection I could refuse the car, however I was still a little nervous but any questions I had they always answered. Collected the car today they had it covered up and a sign with my name saying congratulations on your purchase personal touch completely loved it. I was so over whelmed by how much of a effort this company go to for there customers. I would recommend them to anyone first class service especially the sales guy can not fault them. Thank you so much for making my experience so easy and memorable.
