Very Professional and friendly service

Very Professional and friendly service. Took time to show us about the car and test drive on Friday evening. We were not rushed at all despite it was well past closing time when we were finalising the deal. Good communication from Sam throughout the process from initial contact to completion. David was also very good and helpful both on the phone and in the show room.
I am looking forward to picking up my new car on Friday.

I had researched my choice of new car and been to two other show rooms to look at other manufacturer's cars which could be suitable.
The Peugeot 5008 met all my requirements on paper and my wife and I went to Robins and Day, I have never bought a French car and had some doubts that it would meet my requirements.
What a surprise and what service, the receptionist showed us the car and Henry asked if he could help with our choice, nothing pushy, he explained which model would meet my requirements at the best price, he helped take my mobility scooter out of our car and showed how it fitted in the 5008, he then put it back. We chatted some more and Henry answered my numerous questions on the car, every answer positive.
We arranged a test drive later in the day, and the car met all my needs.
I am disabled and features on the car will make my driving so much easier. It is the first time I have had someone show me around all the controls and features in such detail.
I have replaced my cars on a three year basis for the last thirty years and Henry has shown me that there is a better experience when you buy a car.
Thanks Henry for your professional help, an enjoyable experience, I look forward to the delivery of my new car.

I recently bought a two year old 308 Gt Line from Robins and Day Preston.
I'd been looking for a couple of weeks and missed one that I really liked, however, my sales assistant John Ioannou found another car, same spec with 15000 miles less on the clock for a similar price.
I am very happy with my 5th Peugeot from Robins and Day and extremely happy with the customer care given to me by John.

I decided to search for a car across the Robins and Day network as I was having no joy getting any help from my local branch in Bristol. So I search the network found the car I wanted and it was at the Romford branch. Rang and spoke with Adam, explained I already had finance arranged, told him what I needed he said he would email me details in 5 mins and he did. Sent details onto my finance company, they then made contact and everything was arranged between them - smooth and easy. I am now the owner of a new car - just awaiting delivery. Part exchanged my car at Romford. Dealing with Alex in used car sales, customer service excellent. Very honest about the vehicle and all involved with finance. Gave me top value for my current car and had the deal finalised within a day. Perfect customer service. No pressure to purchase anything extra gave me plenty of time to look at the car and even sorted a few minor scratches on the bodywork. Couldn't ask for more. 5 star service.
