Highly recommend for a great professional yet personalised service

I have changed from a lease plan to simply drive and it has been so easy to sort out. I have been able to come out of my lease plan early and will be in receipt of my new car in the next few days. Totally unexpected to get my vehicle so quickly and a great start to the new year. I have negotiated a great deal within my budget. Everything has been explained thoroughly. I feel I have recieved some fantastic benefits within my new contract. I have even been given a courtesy car whilst my lease car has gone in to have some stone chips repaired. Something that they had no obligation to do. All staff have been brilliant. Great communication throughout the process. Would highly recommend this dealership. And more importantly they do a great coffee! Thank you so much

I recently visited Robins and Day in Newport as my DS3 was booked in for a service. The staff there looked after me in a professional and friendly manner. my car was serviced within 3 hours and was fully valeted when I collected it.
While there, I wandered around the new car showroom and the used section. As I was looking at a pre-used RCZ, a salesman, Callum, approached me with a warm smile, and didn't do the usual "can I help you?", which was nice. He put no pressure on me to buy the car. After a working some figures that we agreed on, I picked my new car up a few weeks later.
all the things that were not quite right with the car were corrected and looked like new.
I would easily recommend Robins and Day in Newport for the manner in which the old car was serviced and presented back to me, the professionalism and friendliness of Callum Johnson, who let me buy my new car and not pressure sell it to me.

The salesperson who dealt with my purchase at the Romford site was Sam Malpass. I found the car through their web site which I found easy to use (from a 60+ year old !) and my initial contact was via the on line chat line and then by telephone. Sam was extremely friendly, helpful and professional and I think it was because of this that I completed the purchase of the car with a visit to the Romford site (some 110 miles away) where I met Sam who made the experience a very pleasant one.

Absolutely superb service from start to finish. Exceptionally polite, understanding and respectful staff. No stone is left unturned in pursuit of offering the very pinnacle of customer service. I have never come across any business that is so attuned and oriented to supporting customers, offering unequalled service, and being entirely customer satisfaction driven. My experience of the sales team, and in fact everyone, at R&D has left me quite speechless, as you simply do not come across such service, know how, and willingness to put the customer first, at all levels. Cannot recommend them highly enough. If only all businesses were run like R&D in Maidstone, Kent.

As a returning customer I knew that I would be well treated by the guys at Robins and Day. The showroom is always a relaxed, friendly atmosphere and there’s never a sense that anyone is going to try and come at you with the hard sell like a lot of other dealerships. I was looking to get my hands on a 208 GTi by Peugeot Sport and was advised every step of the way as to exactly how long it would take to get one built and delivered to the UK. I’d like to give particular praise to Tom Staley who was excellent throughout. He handled every single part of the process perfectly, kept the coffee flowing, and really went the extra mile to make sure all of my needs were catered for without any of the usual salesman rubbish. I’m now the proud owner of a little black pocket rocket and feel like I got a good deal on it too. Even if you’re just putting the feelers out to get a new car, drop in for a chat. You won’t be jumped on and you might even get a nice brew :)

I can't recommend highly enough!
Darren Austen and Sharon Yeomans are A*, helping me get my beautiful car and helping with little issues after with ease. Communication is wonderful, friendly calls to remind and book services, MOT, etc and all are carried out quickly and priced fairly. The team at Robins & Day Digbeth are super friendly and approachable. I would recommend to anyone who wants quality and top notch customer service.

Absolute first class service. No pressure, listened to my needs, found ideal vehicle, spent the time to show me everything and explain everything. Went above and beyond to find the right car in the timescale I was needing. Steve kept me informed throughout the short process of progress. I can't even suggest anyway they could improve and that is something coming from me. I would recommend this dealer to everyone.
