I decided to go to robins and day used car sales and found there were no pushy sales man, i was left to look around in my own time, and once i have found the car that i liked, i was given the key to be able to inspect the inside of the vehicle and once i had made up my mind the service i recieved from the sales man was excellent and i would recommed robins and day to friends and family

I would like to say a big thank you to my sales representative Ian Church who has been nothing but professional, fast and friendly, where others have failed disappointingly, Robins & Day Newcastle have secured me a perfect deal with little or no effort on my behalf. The hardest part for me is driving to Newcastle from London to exchange cars but it will be worth it to shake his hand. One of the best retail experiences I have had to date. I can highly recommend them 100%.

I bought a car 5 years ago from Robins & Day, the service I have received has been second to none. Both the service and sales team are extremely patient and make me feel like a valued customer, hence why I've just ordered a new car from them ;)

I know used car (and new car) sales-people can sometimes have a reputation as being a little pushy and, occasionally, downright 'in-your-face' from the moment you walk onto the forecourt.
When I bought my first 208 in April '16, I was politely asked if I was OK and if I needed any assistance etc. - and that was it.
In a good way!
In other words, I was left to wander, browse, look at and inspect all the cars on show and then, when I had some questions, the salesman was there to answer them which, for me, was exactly what I wanted.
The rest of the buying process was equally quietly efficient, and a few days later, with no fuss or issue, I drove away in my 208, and have not had any problems since then until now - when I traded the 208 for a 308 - and experienced the same kind of unobtrusive service and attention.
Robins and Day, Clarence Road, Bristol, thanks for facilitating one of the best experiences in over 40 years of buying and driving cars!

After a terrible and disheartening time at Arnold Clark, I was apprehensive about even going to a different dealership, but I was wrong. Robins and Day Birmingham North were absolutely fantastic, friendly and trustworthy advice from the moment we got there. Didn't feel like I was being lied to at any point, or like I was the target of a sales pitch.
I hadn't driven a car for nearly 10 months so was obviously nervous about the test drive, but David made me feel so relaxed it was like I hadn't stopped driving at all. I left with no pressure at all to buy the car, but decided to call back the next day and take the plunge! I can't wait to pick up my new Peugeot tomorrow!!

From the moment we walked into the showroom, we were treated as a valued guest. The showroom was busy, but time was taken to greet us and offer us coffee whilst we waited for someone to become available.
After not too long a wait, the salesman (Paul) gave us a full and complete introduction to the car and a decent test drive. Not pushy or trying to close there and then! Ran through the options and gave us space to discuss. Came back the next day and placed an order. Excellent in all aspects.
