No disqualifications in the last 4 years. You are not eligible if you are a sports person or entertainer. No more than 8 penalty points accrued in the last 4 years. You must not have had any endorsements other than speeding in the last 4 years. If you have had 2 or more fault accidents (excluding theft or vandalism) during the past 3 years.
