I'm very pleased with service , I got my car for decent price and they got a sale. Everyone's a winner ????????... it was worth the trip. Seem pretty transparent dealership, it's a business but they wanted custom so provided decent service :)

The salesperson who dealt with my purchase at the Romford site was Sam Malpass. I found the car through their web site which I found easy to use (from a 60+ year old !) and my initial contact was via the on line chat line and then by telephone. Sam was extremely friendly, helpful and professional and I think it was because of this that I completed the purchase of the car with a visit to the Romford site (some 110 miles away) where I met Sam who made the experience a very pleasant one.
