The sales person, Inese, was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. She put us at our ease and helped us with our very first test drive in an automatic car. All of the paperwork was efficiently delivered, on time, via e-mail - this meant we could move to purchase the car within 30 hours of first seeing it!

Chris Jones, a Robins and Day Sales Advisor at the Godalming branch greeted my wife and I when we were browsing the forecourt for a car. Having discussed the kind of car we were after he quickly showed us two extremely well presented cars and we chose a white Peugeot 3008 Allure 1.6L BlueHDi 120 with only 1885 miles on the clock. We had arranged to view another vehicle with another company but due to the friendly and ameciable manner in which our negotiations followed we cancelled the viewing and a few days later we collected the car.

Sales has been very pleasant, No feeling of rushing a decision or pressure to get a sale. Laid back and positive approach. The two ladies i have been dealing with (gemma and kara) have both been very honest and helpful. Very accommodating regarding my collection as I am not local to the store I have purchased from also. I have still got to collect my car but so far I'm a very happy customer. Would highly recommend coventrys branch x

A long process - but enjoyable!
To be fair, car buying today is not what it used to be. So much paperwork and the offer of this and the confirmation of that... Very stressful.
But, I cannot praise highly enough the sales lady who oversaw my purchase. Caitlin was relatively new to the sales role, but despite this, she was affable, knowledgeable and approachable and worked confidently through the multitude of on-line forms. She did a fantastic job.
Robins and Day will be on my list when i look to renew my car in four years time, I just hope Caitlin is there when I return.
