Very Please with my first Experience Of Stellantis
This was my first time using Stellantis in Chelmsford for a van service. I found the booking process was straightforward and the pre communication excellent. This included being offered a curtesy car which is something that not all large car dealers do in my experience. During the service the communication throughout was also very good. The customer service rep who dealt with me was very friendly and efficient. She even liaised with my external warranty company and generated a separate invoice for them. Overall I was impressed with the service I received from Stellantis &You in Chelmsford.
