My car purchase at Stellantis & You UK was handled extremely well by Viktor. He guided me through from my initial interest in a calm, knowledgable and non pushy way ... quite a change from my previous car experiences. It also helped enormously that the car was very well priced and came with a free 1yr warranty plus breakdown cover!!
Customer service
The staff are always friendly and helpful. They keep you updated with progress etc. My car went in for its annual service. The only thing I would say as a negative would be the car wash they do after the service, it’s terrible. A child could do a better job, I had to re wash/polish it the next day as it was smeared and still had bird poo on from the morning. And the tyre dressing was all over my alloys. I recommend washing your car yourself. Not good if they are actually paying a company to do this. I think I would be looking at different company’s.

Fantastic customer care provided by Jordan. This was my first time using a dealership other than BMW in the last 5 years. I honestly did not expect the same level of service as BMW. What I found, is that the service provided by Jordan and the team at Peugeot was far better than BMW. I received a personalised service and sound advice. I felt listened to and cared for as a customer. It's rare to get such good service and I'm definitely that much happier I bought a Peugeot after this experience.
