Dealing with the Friendly people at this outlet has been a truly memorable experience. I visited today and met Paul, the Salesman who has worked extremely hard in order to obtain my order. If he works this hard for everyone his Management team should be extremely proud of him.
I like to "Haggle" and get as many quotes as I can before I make my decision based on A) Service B) Overall cost C) Prompt Responses D) Attitude of the Salesman.
I have to say out of dealing with some 8 or 9 dealers/brokers Paul and his Manager Jayne have been second to none.
I feel that I have been given the 5 STAR treatment for purchasing my next vehicle and now I am really looking forward to taking delivery of my Brand New Citroen C5 Aircross as soon as it is available.

Excellent visits to Robins & Day with Sales Advisor, Fergus McNeill. After explaining the reason for my visit, Fergus considered the options available and suggested a used car may be better and cheaper for me. I was really pleased with the part-exchange value given on my Peugeot 208. After agreeing to buy the Citroen C3, I received very clear explanations of all necessary procedures required, timescales, associated products and paperwork. The Citroen was ready for collection very quickly having had a Service, MOT and Valet. Prior to leaving the garage, Fergus went through all the car controls with me. I am very pleased with the car and the service received.

I had intended to look at four cars that day on January 20th and the Vauxhall was the first one. The service that I received from Lauren was good she was informative and helpful. Plus it helped that I liked the car so I said lets order it there was no sense in looking furtther.
