Had my new D S 4 for a week now so it is time to review the experience I had with robins & day Manchester, what can I say it was A 1 from my first viewing of the D S4 and sales man Naresh explain the procedure of buying a car with Motability he showed me around the car and also arranged a test drive which was a great experience so decided to order one had to wait 7 months no fault of robins day so when it arrived, I was very excited and Naresh explain the handover of my car and explained all the details of the DS4 so I would just like to say thank you and I am enjoying the car would highly recommend 90

Having made the decision to change my car from electric to petrol ,after a nitemare journey ,I contacted Gary Foster by email within minutes I had a email and phonecall from him explaining what I could do .Gary was reassuring straight away and I can honestly say showed compassion to my situation. The following day I popped into the showroom and we went threw the details and looked at a car similar to the one I have now placed on order.Gary truly is a asset to Robins&Day .putting his customers needs top priority. The people are so helpful and friendly and really keen to help. I was late booking an MOT and they fitted me in the next day even though they were busy. Every member of staff was kind and helpful and a real credit to the dealership. So much so that I ended up buying a new car while I was there!!!

Car was left at Peugeot Garage, where a full overall assessment was carried out, was advised of the necessary Immediate and potential problematic repairs which could be carried out now or at later date, consent and Structure plan was made for all, I was advised, and consent obtained throughout days procedure, very good and satisfactory outcome.

The advisor Steve, was had prepared in anticipation of my appointment, he was very informative and knowledgeable, and he was able to answer all of my queries, also he was very respectful and understanding in view of the fact that I have a disability that had also been taken into consideration when dealing with me as a customer, I would highly recommend Vauxhall Chislehurst.
