Ordering a Motability Car
After a bit of a struggle to find a car parking space, then we couldn't find a disabled one ( hence 4 stars), we eventually parked and made our way to the showroom which was well laid out, clean and presentable. The sales person we had an appointment to see was waiting for us as promised.
He was helpful and obviously very experienced and extremely knowledgeable about the Motability scheme. He spent a lot of time to ensure everything was correct and we were ordering exactly what we wanted needed.
He ensured we had all his contact details if we need to get in touch again and nothing was too much trouble.
We came away happy that our needs would be met and our new car would arrive as soon as it was possible within the current constraints (not the fault of the dealer).

Excellent Service From Robins & Day
I recently purchased a Citroen C4 from Robins & Day in Hatfield. I viewed the car on Saturday and collected the vehicle on the Tuesday. The whole experience from start to finish was very smooth. Everything was dealt with very professionally by the salesman Billy. Billy explained the whole process very clearly. If you are thinking of buying a new car I would highly recommend Robins & Day.
