Today I went to place my order for a new car & upgrade the model. I always go to the same sales rep Gary Foster the guy is absolutely awesome (so if anyone is thinking of a visit to Robins & Day to purchase a new or used car Gary is the man to go to)
I can not speak highly enough of this Guy 10/10 for customer service

Danella Tosan Betts was very experienced and explained all details regarding the car as well as showing us the car. She answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable in doing so. Danella did explain the benefits of having an electric car and explained the economics of it between electric and petrol but at this particular time I decided to go for the petrol. Our customer service communication was perfect and we was very pleased with the application and booking of the new car and would like to thank Danella very much.

Not being a mechanic I needed advice about a part my car needed, what it would cost and how much it would be to fit it. This information was given and a date for the car to be taken in was arranged. I was informed of the progress of the car and the cost was as they had estimated. It was valeted before I picked it up and there have been no other issues.
