Robins and Day in Stockport. Great customer service

Went to view a car at Robins and Day in Stockport. On arrival I was was met by a young salesperson called Mo, who i had spoken to prior to my visit . Left me to view the car on my own, which I really appreciated, as it which allows me to have a good look round. I took the car for a test run and it was great. the car was in great nick and drove really well. Mo was very helpful and informative. I signed up and collect my car next Wednesday. Wanted to say a big thank to Mo who made the whole process nice and easy. Highly recommend this dealership.

From the moment we set foot in the beautiful show room we were greeted and made to feel welcome. Step by step everything was explained to us, questions were answered and it was a very straightforward experience. We chose a car after being able to look at several and then were guided through the buying process. All done in just over an hour. Thank you

quickest service ever experienced, went in explained my situation, car sorted within 24 hours. Nothing but good things to say about Gary Foster the Nottingham branch. All paperwork sorted, quickly and efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble. Even when they had a computer glitch, sorted quickly. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended

Josh at Peugeot Liverpool was very…

Josh at Peugeot Liverpool was very professional, informative and had a no nonsense approach which was really refreshing. He was direct and efficient which meant I was not in the showroom for too long like on previous occasions. He got me a great deal and made my experience very enjoyable. What I also liked was the good 'banter' and I left the showroom with a smile on my face even after parting with my cash. Thank you to Peugeot. This is my 3rd consecutive new vehicle and I often recommend to others.

Very impressed with Robins&Day service. Our sales advisor was very professional and informative. On entering the building we were impressed with the cleanliness of the showroom especially in these times. Our appointment was on time and the advice and helpfulness of our advisor was exceptional.

508 test drive

I came in to Nottingham Robins and Day to look at a new 3008 and after discussing options with Gary found it to be too expensive for us. However Gary then suggested a 508 that he had in stock. He was very knowledgeable and provided detailed answers. He was clear during a test drive, considering I had never driven an automatic before I felt comfortable and confident under his instruction.

The staff were nothing but helpful throughout. We especially want to thank Malcolm, who was fantastic. His years in the company meant that he had experience and knowledge and we didn’t feel pressured like at most dealerships. He genuinely knows how to treat people, that’s a true salesman!
