Traded my full size Chevy Van for a 2016 GrandCaravan at a Chevrolet dealer in the San Francisco area. Needed a vehicle to load my son going to work in LA. WE own a 2005 Toyota Sienna also. Well the 2016 Dodge Caravan is close to 100K mile. Motor great compared to our Toyota, ac works like new accereration very good. Original brakes still on the car ,several set of tires so far. I do oil and filter changes. Not one problem with motor or transmission. Only problem was the window cables,passenger seat flip cables,sidesliding door mech.... Excellent rating for or family..one when we took a GrandCaravan for a test drive before buying the Toyota my wife didn`t like the heavier steering. Now she loves it and will ot drive the Toyota any longer...the Dodge feels more soild and the brakes are fantastic.

First class customer service.
There was a bit of a rocky start when I left my name and number but no-one got back to me but a couple of days later someone did ring to apologise and we were able to discuss my wishes and all the information they needed. After that we managed very well. The salesman was very patient and answered all my questions on costings and delivery.I was happy with the deal offered and ordered the car.I was not hassled and pushed at all.Every thing was smooth and relaxed and it made the whole process simple and easy, I look forward to receiving after sales customer service in due course.
