Nayan Patel showed true empathy and professionalism

Nayan saw us window shopping for our next car. Even though we weren't ready to commit, he took his time with us to show us about the cars we were interested as well as alternative options that best suit our requirements. In the end he didn't pressure us to purchase on the spot and gave us his contact information and allowed us to get in contact with him. Due to his high knowledge, professionalism and patience. I introduced him to my mum who was coming to the end of her PCP. He was very attentive and patient with us, especially my poorly son who had to come with us. He took the time to show my mum the options, gave her an impromptu test drive and helped her with the whole exchange process. He was especially patient with my 1000 questions and me trying hardest to get the most out of the situation lol. In the end my mum left as a happy customer with a new car coming by the end of this month. He's a honest, trustworthy salesman and truly put the customers needs and affordability first. Thank you for making this process an easy one on us Nayan.

Bobbed into Manchester showroom the other week

Bobbed into Manchester Stellantis last week to look at your range of new cars and bumped into a young man called Tom, (sorry can’t remember his second name). He was so delightful and easy to talk to, no pressure just a genuine interest in what I thought I needed as he guided me through the range of cars there. Everyone needs more Nialls!

We came to see Nial once ealrier in the year for a new car, and came back again as of September this year for another! Attentive, listens excellent service and does everything possible to help the customer out! Myself and my wife are very please! Hopefully be back for an electric vehicle next ;)
