Chris at Brentford provided excellent, friendly customer service and advice. He was polite, answered all my queries clearly, and explained any technical aspects of these in easy to understand format. I was able to choose service plan options best suited to me. Service was completed quickly and the online service summary provided was very clear and useful.

Worth the off chance visit when passing!

Dropped in on a whim and found exactly what we were looking for at an excellent price compared to what we’d seen elsewhere. We quickly arranged a test drive there and then, and can’t fault the service, even though we were close to closing time! Kieron has been brilliant throughout the process, he’s friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy. Shout out to the manager too who was equally friendly and helpful, Devon (I think?!), highly recommend the whole team.

Buying a used car from Stellantis

Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful, particularly Naresh. It was no problem to arrange a test drive. The car is in good condition and I was able to take drive it away 6 days after first going to see it. Naresh made the buying process really easy. Very happy

We brought our Peugeot in for a service and we was welcomed by Julian at reception . Julian truly went above and beyond and helped us with issues even outside of the service . Would highly recommend Salford branch as they are very helpful .
