First time visiting Stellantis & You, I recommend Tobi for outstanding customer service

First time visiting Stellantis & You to look for a used Peugeot. Outstanding service, customer care and guidance from Tobi from the sales team. He is literally the best car sales person I have ever met. He carefully listened to my requirements and showed me cars that might be suitable. He was great at explaining all the features and options, and took time to show me how to drive an automatic on the test drive, which was a new experience for me. I think he would be a great driving instructor too! At no point did I feel I was being pushed to purchase add-on items that I didn't need, or being encouraged to look at used stock that the dealership would like to clear as a priority, sadly this happens elsewhere. Tobi was friendly, polite, honest and I trusted him completely in guiding me through the paperwork side of the purchase. If I could give Tobi more that 5 stars I would, I would absolutely recommend that anyone thinking of buying any brand of car that is sold from this Stellantis & You dealership in Cribbs Causeway, go and see Tobi. He has great knowledge of all the brands and models and is fantastic to buy a car from. Thank you for such a great car buying experience.

My experience

I recently bought a Vauxhall Mokka from Plough Lane Wimbledon and just wanted to say a big thank you to Heika and Medhi. They were both really helpful, friendly and easy to deal with without ever being pushy which made the whole experience much more relaxed. They both went out of their way to help and made the whole process straightforward. I would definitely recommend Heika and Medhi to anyone looking to buy a car from Stellantis. Despite a change in salesman during the purchase of my new car the experience was straightforward with friendly staff. The car arrived when expected, a fair valuation for my part exchange vehicle was given. Overall, very satisfied. I have used this company for many years, both for vehicle purchases and servicing. Excellent service from the moment we arrived at the dealership, we were greeted warmly and professionally. We did not actually plan to buy a car that day, but we did totally based on the service we received. We also received a call from them a couple of days after we picked up our new car to check we were happy and didn't have any questions. Overall a very good service from everyone at the dealership
