What can I say excellent dealership superb customer service. This is my second Citroen C5 aircross from this dealership. We have been treated very well with our previous car for servicing ect during the last 2 years, so it was an easy decision to come again for our new car.
Peter Ward was our salesman this time and what a great person he is. Took time to explain about the car and then the nitty gritty details of the sale and all the paperwork. He was very friendly and put us at ease, I cannot speak highly enough of him. If you are looking for a Citroen then seek Peter out you will not be disappointed.
The whole team are welcoming and seem ready to go the extra mile to assist you. They are overseen by Darren Leader the general manger and as I can testify to based on personal experience if there should be a problem he will definitely ensure that it is resolved promptly and satisfactorily.
This is an excellent dealership and I cannot recommend it highly enough.
Car Recall.
Got a letter asking for car recall for a serious matter phoned and booked an appointment given 2 hour time slot fine.Work Required was done and to my surprise car was valeted in and out very pleased I must say.

Recall + AD BLUE
I’ll be the first to admit that when it comes to cars, I’m not the best. Recently I went onto the government website to check when my MOT was due, and a message popped up saying my car had been recalled. To make matters worse, my AdBlue warning light had already come on and was counting down the miles until the car would stop altogether. In my head, I immediately thought the worst — a new tank, probably starting from £1,000 or more — plus diagnostics on top. My brain honestly felt like it was going to explode.
I booked my car in for the recall at Stellantis & You, and from the very start, I have to say a massive thank you to Kasia Hryniewicz. She made the whole process so smooth, keeping me updated at every step. The recall was completed, but the AdBlue error still showed, which meant diagnostics were needed. Kasia explained there would normally be a wait because they were fully booked, but she went out of her way to fit me in the very next day.
When the results came back, I could have jumped for joy — no new tank needed, just a software update! I honestly can’t thank Kasia enough for her help and reassurance, and of course the mechanic who carried out the work. You both turned what felt like a nightmare into such a relief.
I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you again to the whole team!
