Bristol branch and Alvar - fantastic
This review refers to their Bristol branch as I know they have several.
We found a really well priced Corsa for our son after someone had driven into him and written previous car off. We paid the £99 reservation fee. I then received a WhatsApp from Alvar who sent an image of him and the car saying I hope you like it, when would you like to come see it.
I loved the fact that Alvar made contact with us in this way. His relationship building with customers is fantastic. He made both me and Joshua a coffee and helped me out charging my car as we’d got close to running out of charge for the return.
All through the week Alvar gave me updates. The car has been really well prepared, new tyres and thoroughly clean.
On collection Alvar had been waiting for us. He realised Joshua was young and a hundred Miles from home and went out of his way to top up the fuel so Joshua didn’t have to worry about this. Car came with 6 months warranty and breakdown cover, service and mot. Alvar did not pressurise us into any additional commitments.
I’ve bought 12-13 cars in my time, by far the best and most trustworthy man I’ve bought from. Alvar is a really lovely guy and I’d recommend him to anyone buying.
