we recently changed my wife's car for an 18 month old DS4.
Charlotte the salesperson was very chatty, friendly and knowledgeable about the car and the processes from paying a deposit to us collecting the car.
We were kept in the loop all the time.
The car was immaculate when we collected the car.
This is the 5th vehicle (mix of Citroen, Peugeot and a BMW, new and used) we have had from Stellantis in Newport.
