Stellantis &You UK provided a fantastic experience when purchasing my car. Lauren was particularly professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout, answering all my questions and ensuring I felt comfortable with my decision. The team, including Mark, went above and beyond to help meet my requirements and find the right deal for me. From the test drive to collection, the process was smooth and well-handled. Overall, a great experience with some minor room for improvement, but I’m very pleased with my new car. Thank you!

I could not believe how quick the process was. I had a prearranged meeting to discuss (as I thought) a car purchase either new or used.
I ended up with a great deal for a new 208 hybrid and which I will be picking up in about 2 weeks time
Brilliant customer service
Brilliant customer service from Tim, my partner always gets a little anxious when it comes to buying cars however this was the first time ever she said that felt relaxed and excited about buying our new car and most of that is thanks to Tim, kind polite and very reassuring very happy with our purchase.

The person that I spoke to
The person that I spoke to, Chelsey Southby was extremely helpful. She helped to resolve what may have been a bad situation. The service was not booked in and so no courtesy car was available. Chelsey then found that the MOT was due on 31st Jan and she managed to get this done and I was able to pick up my own vehicle the next day. Chelsey found a courtesy car for me to use as I needed to do the school run the next day.
