Warning light issue resolved promptly
My daughter bought a used car from Stellantis in December and Carlos was very informative and not pushy. A warning light appeared in mid January and on contacting Carlos he agreed to have the car returned to enable full diagnosis. He provided a courtesy car and three days later explained the diagnosis and action taken by the garage to resolve the issue.Upon returning the courtesy car, my daughter's car was freshly cleaned and the tank was full. Excellent aftercare by Carlos and would highly recommend Stellantis.

Had my van in for repair at your Windsor Street Manchester branch.The Service I recieved from my first initial phone call ,to recieving imformation rapidly from fault diagnostic test was spot on.The text messages and phone calls from Ashleigh where very reassuring , polite , friendly and very professional. WELL DONE TO YOU ALL.I will not hesitate to use you again.

Salesperson Aaron at the Newport site was fantastic. Before we signed up for a new car he came to our house twice with two different cars to test drive. To me that is above and beyond. Such a lovely and knowledgeable young man who knew his stuff!! A credit to your organisation.
Clean space, coffee available and attentive service.

Purchased a lease vehicle from this dealership. The process was very straight forward. Paul Lyons was my sales rep and he was great. Answered all my questions and kept me updated. Got car earlier than expected aswell. Car was delivered to my home address in Scotland. Ordered the new peugeot 3008 GT hybrid and I'm loving it so far. Would recommend this dealership. Iv had dealings with a well known dealership previously and stellantis knocks them out with the service I received.

from the start ashton was very helpful and made the process of purchasing a first car a lot easier than anticipated. to even helping with the transition from learning in a driving instructors car which was a lot newer by explaining the slight differences. communicated well from the sale all the way through to the delivery with updates throughout, aswell as helping to resolve a slight issue. would definitely recommend
He didn’t let me feel mentally compromised- which I probably am.
I was in a real dither. I’m in my eighties and the complexities of the computerised system of my new car were completely overpowering. The delightful Sam Auger patiently explained, slowly and methodically and cordially invited me to come back “any time” if I needed help, and he’d be delighted to help me. He’s a lovely man and must be a huge asset to whoever he works for.
