I have purchased a number of cars over the last 20yrs or so and can honestly say I have never had a problem. The sales and aftercare are always as expected and I am always welcomed with a smile from staff that know me and those that may not. My last few cars have been done through Rebekah and she really is great. She does what she says, no high pressure old school sale tactics putting you at ease and building a trust with her and the branch itself. I can't really find any problems with anything over all those years, which I guess is why I have gone back to renew my vehicles so many times.11 months agoExcellent Service

This is the 3rd Peugeot I have bought from this showroom and I have to say-George Rimmer is the best! From the first meeting back in January, George proved to be a very informative and knowledgeable salesman. He guided us through the various options available to us. At no point did we feel pressurised. On my test drive he remained calm and encouraging, even though I was obviously nervous! We chose to buy a brand new 2008. George told us the delivery would be between 3-6 months. He explained carefully what to expect. He didn’t fail, every other week he phoned or emailed giving us updates on the progress of the vehicle being built. To our delight, we collected our new car today just short of 4 months since ordering. Now this is where George excelled! He obviously knew he was dealing with 2 old codgers who needed gentle and respectful guidance on how to actually operate the various gadgets and hi tech thingys on this wonderful car. “No question is silly!” He proclaimed and we asked plenty!! I also feel comforted that I can go and see George any time if I forget something. I drove away confident and loving my new car. Thank you George, you’re a star!11 months agoGood customer focus

Apart from the initial delay of 9 months in the manufacturing and delivery of the vehicle, the final execution of sale and delivery by the sales representative was professionally done. It was appreciated that the company sales representative was at hand for advice and information about the efficiency performance that matched our needs. It would be helpful to have more precise tracking of orders to the point of deliveries from abroad. Information provide about this was vague and should be improved by the company.11 months agoVery friendly staff

Peter De Lury, what can I say ,you are a credit to the company what a true dedicated proffessional from start to finish ,you made the process of buying a vehicle from your showroom a pleasure even though we did not come to the showroom , you provided us with a proffessional walk round video of the vehicle and you were true to you word ( unlike the Tyburn Road Birmingham showroom less said the better ) the vehicle was as described faultless . I would also like to mention the delivery driving another true proffessional. Peter , your customer service and attention to detail is why I will recommend you to others .
