Very good customer service. Free car cleaning and washing given at end of service. They also followed up with a phone call a few days later to see if all was well.

Lafira in Brentford demonstrates a perfect example of customer service - thank you so much for a hassle free experience having my MOT and service done today Lafira, you deserve a 10/10 from me. I've always driven a Vauxhall and never been to the Brentford branch - every year I dread going to a branch in all honesty, as a result of the untold historical errors made by local branches and this is the first time in 24 years where a rep has demonstrated really good communication and exactly what customer service should look like! Always made to feel welcome…
I'm always made to feel welcome whenever I go to the Walton Branch with my dog to get my car serviced. This time I decided to wait while the work was done so I had coffee and watched the TV. Hazel took the time to go through the service plan with me to see if it would benefit me to spread the cost and maybe save some money.
