Great service!
I have just purchased a car from stellantis in Walton and experienced a great service. Sue was amazing in helping me make my decision on which model was for me, very knowledgeable and I felt no pressure at any point to buy. Sue kept me informed when my car arrived and ensured everything was in place for me to collect. The car arrived in immaculate condition and I’m very happy I would definitely recommend!
Brilliant customer service!
Came to Peugeot for my first car, was greeted by Jonathan, offered a drink & had a chat about what I was interested in. After taking my details etc we went on a test drive in which Jonathan was very informative about the car & made us feel very at ease. I ordered my car that day. It was a long wait for the car to be built (not this dealerships fault), and Jonathan kept me up to date regularly with what was going on, which was very much appreciated. Fast forward to today when I picked up my car. Jonathan done all the finalising and walked me to my car that I had to 'unveil' with a sign especially for me, was a really lovely touch. Jonathan walked me through everything to do with the car and ensured I understood & was happy & had no questions. From start to end it has been such brilliant customer service from Jonathan & I'm incredibly happy with the car. Thankyou!

Excellent customer service. The sales executive has a very friendly,persuasive and reassuring business sense. He easily understands customer needs and concerns. As we arrived to Peugeot I was greeted by Viktor, he came out and asked me what I was interested in. He was super helpful and friendly, he showed me what extras are in the cars.

First Class Sales and Customer Service
From the moment I started conversations with Sales Rep Sue McGow there wasn't anyone else I wanted to continue my purchase with. She was readily available to help me with all my never ending questions and always with a smile. Sue took the time to explain and show me everything I wanted to know.
I visited on 3 occasions and Sue organised a test drive twice for me. It's a big decision moving from a car to a van and spending such a large amount of money but Sue was very reassuring and positive about the new Vehicle I was considering.
I purchased a 2 year old electric Citroen Berlingo after only 1 week of engaging with Sue. I have had my new van for 7 days and in that time Sue has checked in on me to ensure I am happy which is great aftercare aswell.
I am thrilled with my new van and the service I received. Thank you.
