great service
Really pleased with our experience at Stellantis & you Peugeot Coventry. We went in with no intention to buy a car, just to look and gauge what we wanted. However, we were greeted by a very friendly salesman (carl) who spent quite a bit of time with us going through our options for the budget we had in mind. Carl showed us a few cars that we liked. Unfortunately they didn't have the exact one that we wanted but he found one online at a parent garage. Within a few days he'd gone to pick the car up and brought it back to Coventry for us to look at. We put a deposit down and the car was ready for collection within a few days.
There were a few teething issues that i wasn't expecting to be sorted but Carl was on it. He came to my house the next day to collect the car and sort the issues out. That was very un expected but appreciated.
I've since had a few more questions which have been answered almost immediately.

Good experience
Had my car service and MOT done last week. Sarah helped me with a quick overview of what will be done and explained everything in detail, leaving me with no queries. Received my car in good condition, all clean and smooth. I go back to the same showroom every year as I am assured of a thorough and satisfactory experience with Stellantis.
Peugeot experience
I walked into Peugeot to order my first car ( previous ones were motability) I was delt with by Les Hornsby.
Les was polite and friendly and made this whole experience a good one ( I was a nervous reck lol)
Les explained every option I had and everything I needed to know.

Abi on Service Reception booked car in at a convenient time and made all the relevant arrangements.
Car was collected/returned as arranged without hassle and the driver was very friendly and courteous.

I was invited to a VIP event back in July but the interest rate at the time made it too costly. After the interest rate dropped, I was called and after visiting the showroom again a deal was done. Through all this the staff were helpful in meeting my needs and a car of the right kind was already in stock. Joseph was particularly helpful in explaining the documentation and ensuring that it was understood. Although it was a necessarily lengthy process, all ran smoothly and I drove away in a brand new car at the end of it. Joe was professional and courteous throughout, can't fault him. I was especially surprised by the bouquet left inside the car as he had remembered that it was my birthday.
