I have had one of the best experiences ever dealing with my new car and there's been a few.. I usually go online to do my leasing but I was introduced to Kara by my Co Director and she convinced me to go through the main dealership and thank god I listened! Kara McSheffrey has been incredible from start to finish, her communication is unreal and she's guided me through the whole process. The turn around time to from ordering to delivering has been an absolute breeze and that's all down to Kara, 5 stars isn't enough really. Hats off to her she is a credit to your team.... Love the car and I will be highly recommending anyone to use Kara in the future to source a vehicle. WOW
Superb aftercare when buying a used car
Hands-down the best pre-, during, and post-sales experience I've ever had. Viewed the car online on a Tuesday, and drove home with it on the same Saturday – at a great price for the age, spec, and mileage.
When I noticed a minor issue with the car, rather than ignore me or quibble over the issue, Lewis arranged for a driver to collect the car (all the way down in Devon), and drop it back off 24 hours later. The problem was resolved to a very high standard, something I can't say for the previous manufacturer-owned dealership I dealt with.
I'll absolutely be considering Stellantis &You again in future. Can't state it enough: best car sales process I've ever been through.

V Difficult trying to call local Stellantis on phone.
Dispute over extended warranty, v expensive . Fair wear and tear. Cambelt and oil pump should not give up after 55000 miles.
Motability Order of a New Car
I have been trying to order a new Motability vehicle. The original car ordered has been updated and now no longer is able to fit in my mobility scooter and hoist. The lady at Stellantis Coventry, Kara, could not have been more helpful. As soon as she realised there was a problem she contacted me and went through some possible solutions to order a new car that would better suit my needs. She is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and helpful and always rings me back when promised. She has kept me informed every step of the way and I am now looking forward to getting my new vehicle in the next few days. Simply cannot recommend her highly enough. Stellantis is fortunate to have her on their team. She is a credit to the company. Thank you Kara!
Toni Heal is amazing
Toni Heal is amazing, feel like we have a personal hotline for any issues and nothing is too much trouble for her. A lovely lovely lady who goes above and beyond and has made a scary big purchase for us so much easier. Cannot recommend Toni and her team highly enough.
