I will share many people thoughts that it is very difficult to find trustworthy garage. Today I experienced the outstanding customer service. Katarzyna was my first point of contact when I arrived. Very nice and polite person. Very supportive and she paid full attention to me until we finished to discuss all the points for the service. Also, I noted very positive and nice atmosphere in the office. I was told by Katarzyna that the service will not take long and I can wait. And it was really fast within an hour, comparing to what I was told by the phone during the booking. Also, end of the service, it was informed that van tyres are nearly worn which I knew before the service. I asked if it can be done today as I wanted to do it at the later stage. But they had new tyres within my van spec. I was impressed that few things were done before the lunch time. Good garage. It was not my first visit, and I am definitely will back.

Hatfield changed the timing belt and serviced my 3008. I found them, each time, to be highly professional, courteous and their pricing very competitive. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

01.07.2025- My car went in for service + MOT today at Stellantis (Brentford). The customer service agent Evans Sofeda took care of me from start to finish. He was very professional, extremely curtious and kept me informed from the moment I arrived. He sent me regular updates via phone messaging. Nothing seemed too much of an ask for him, he was always ready to help and assist me his customer by answering my questions and put me at ease with my concerns. As I work in the airline industry where customer service is 'king' in everything we do and I can say he would fit in very well in the airline industry culture! Stellantis is very lucky to have him working for them at their Brentford branch.
