Service went well from initial contact in booking through to completion. My requests were carried out and I was updated on progress since I waited for the work to be done. Helpfully I had an early appointment. I was given a detailed record of the elements checked. I have an EMAC service plan which works well.

New C5 Aircoss Purchase and Vehicle Service.…

I have recently purchased a new Citroen C5 Aircross from Stellantis Hatfield my local dealer. Darren Leader the general manager has been overseeing my purchase and he has definitely gone the extra mile to ensure it has gone smoothly. I have also been dealing with Shawn the sales manager and Shannon my dedicated sales adviser. They both have the same attention to detail and desire to do what they can for the customer as Darren. I recently had my current vehicle serviced at Stellantis and the service team were just as efficient. The overall atmosphere at Stellantis is very proffesional friendly warm and welcoming and they definitely make the customer the centre of attention and nothing seems to ge too much effort to help you.

Great service experience

Always have great service when I take my car to the Walton-on-Thames branch. I had difficulty getting a suitable booking and Hazel was able to sort this for me at short notice. Hazel is always a great help and provides guidance on any issues I experience with my vehicle. Chris on the service desk was also very knowledgeable and helpful.

Excellent service from Guy. Very patient, especially as we changed what car we were buying half way through the process. He remained very polite, helpful and knowledgeable through the process and would “deffo” buy a car from him and the dealership again
