PURCHASE OF VEHICLE
The transition was easy. Dean was so helpful, pleasant and willing to assist in all areas. He attended to all necessary paper work and was an absolute pleasure to do business with.

I don't believe you've read my review correctly as my issue with Peugeot was nothing to do with the delivery of my new vehicle and they remain unresolved hence me going to the 'Motor Ombudsmun' to make a further formal complaint against Peugeot. To again be clear not the 'Dearlership' or 'Stellantis Finance'

Excellent service
You never hear the term “an honest car salesman” however, Steven looked after me and my partner so well we bought two cars from him. I would recommend this garage (and Stephen) to any prospective car buyers. Very honest and professional service.
ULEZ scrappage
Michael at Chingford clarified the ULEZ scrappage scheme to me, and has been very honest all through the buying process. I am still undecided, but he has been a great help.
Purchase of Ford Kuga
Just purchased ford Kuga from you,can I say both the
car and service were brilliant.
When we first visited the car was still in prep.
Sarah went out her way to bring the car round to our house the next day for a test drive.
Needless to say we bought the car,the customer care
given by this young lady is outstanding.
I'm sure Sarah will go on to achieve greater goals

The sales team were excellent
The sales team were excellent. After a bad experience earlier in the year when I had decided not to buy another car from this show room I was contacted by Addy. With his encouragement and friendly manner, but not over pushy, I decided to see what he had to say on behalf of the company. The team could not have been more helpful. They had good people skills and were friendly and quick to answer questions and very efficient. I left feeling as though, as a customer, I was important.

I can't recommend Stellantis in Leicester enough. There was no hard sell and all the staff are very pleasant. Sohail saw me through buying my new car and the process was made very easy. I had a test drive on a Saturday and I was driving home, in my new purchase, by Thursday afternoon. There was also a good selection of extras. Very happy customer.
Luke was very professional and honest…
Luke was very professional and honest in the condition of the van i was considering to purchase over the telephone,as i was in Newcastle and he in Sheffield.
An appointment was made to view the vehicle, and Luke picked me up from the Train Station.
Outcome, i purchased the van a week later on my available return .
A deposit was paid ,to reserve the van , and now being returned following purchase.
What a lovely friendly team at Stellantis Sheffield.
I ask lots of questions, but none to many for Luke.
What a patient thoughtful gent.
