Theo the Sales manager made the difference in us keeping the car and not sending it back. He was polite and is willing to go the extraa mile in order to fulfill customer satisfaction. We ordered a white crossland and although it never came from the factory but we were given a substitute silver colour and all similar service /trim of the factory equivalent always with a smile, courtesy, and telephonic callbacks as well during the delivery. We also left the dealership with a screw in the tyre but it was speedily rectified the next day. He deserves a higher banding salary. Well done team Wimbledon Team.

We are extremely pleased with the car (a Fiat 500) which we purchased. Vito and Mark - the showroom manager - were both warm and engaging, from the moment of our first enquiry, and until we drove off the forecourt. As a result, the entire process and experience, from start to finish, was smooth and professional. Would we recommend others to visit this showroom? Unquestionably and without hesitation, we would.
