I came into Peugeot Leicester with very little knowledge of the logistics of buying a car. All I knew is that I needed one and quickly. Emily Lewis was incredibly patient, understanding and knowledgeable. Emily knew from the offset what I needed; she dedicated a great deal of her time to ensure that we found the perfect car for me, for the right price. Emily went above and beyond, so thank you. A huge thanks to Jamie Patton for being so welcoming on the phone initially. My daughter has just bought her first new car - she wanted a Peugeot 208. She has come away having had the best customer service and buying experience I have witnessed from a dealership. I was dubious to ‘leave her to it’ however, Emily Lewis walked her through every step clearly and she agreed a fantastic deal. We dealt with Sue McGow, the service that they provided was superb. Very personal to our needs and highly professional. When we collected our new car they so efficient and again very professional. When all paperwork was completed the manager came to thank us and I was greeted with a beautiful bouquet of flowers. Made my day even more special. So grateful. Our Peugeot Motorhome was called for a safety review, so we booked into Walton. Its fair to say no one really wants an 8 meter MoHo in the garage, and a small knock happened on a rear side light - the Garage took full responsibility and were on the case straight away to source a replacement. Accidents happen, its the service around that which counts, and I can only say this has been second to none, so helpful, regular updates to let us know when the part sourced etc, thank you to Chris and your team we are very impressed with your customer service.10 months agoAn excellent experience from the moment…
An excellent experience from the moment we first entered the dealership. The salesman (Sam) could not have been more helpful. He was courteous, smart and displayed good product information. He had a pleasant style; not at all pushy but detailed the advantages of the C5 Aircross and demonstrated them on a showroom model. We ended up buying a new C5 Aircross C-Line.
