Overall the experience was good
Overall the experience was good. It took 9-10 weeks from ordering the car to picking it up and I would have liked some updates in the meantime. While waiting for the car the finance people were doing their thing which seemed to take ages and I didn't hear back from them until I few days before the car arrived. Trying to get hold of anyone at Stellantis, Crawley was difficult at times by phone and by email; the phone seems to go through to a national line. Lauren was always helpful when I spoke to her.
