All sorted - eventually!
We had a bit of confusion about a service plan I had taken out with Tates when I bought my Citroen C3 in October 2023. I was puzzled as to why my monthly payments had ceased back in April this year, and worried that I might have to pay for the big service my car was due to have. Natasha de Araujo at Crawley was very helpful in sorting this out. I was not best pleased with E-Mac who really should have explained (either to Stellantis or myself direct) that the payments had only ceased because the full cost had been covered - a simple notification would have sufficed and saved us all a lot of bother! In the end the service and MoT were carried out impeccably, organised by Tim, and car returned on time spotlessly clean.

Thanks so much to Iain in particular and the team at Stillantis Wimbledon who dug us out of a real whole when our car developed a fault just as we were heading north for a holiday.
Their swift action saved the day and we were able to processed with our trip with only a couple of hours delay.

Visited the Hatfield branch with no real idea of what I wanted. Zac made my visit so pleasant, he was so knowledgeable and polite. I ended up choosing the peuguot 3008 and am so happy with my decision. If your indecisive and need help ask for Zac. You will be in great hands.

We collected our Peugeot 5008 today and had an excellent experience with Dipesh Nakum at Peugeot Romford.
Dipesh was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, patient and genuinely went out of his way to help us throughout the whole process. Buying a new car can sometimes feel stressful, but Dipesh made everything straightforward and kept us informed every step of the way.
He took the time to answer all our questions, explained everything clearly and made sure we were completely happy and comfortable with the car before leaving. Nothing felt rushed or pressured — the customer service was genuinely first class.
We’re extremely happy with our new 5008 and even happier with the service we received.
