Cemal took great care to understand our requirements, listened and answered all our questions clearly and without any fudging of answers. We felt very much that we could trust him and Stellantis to deal with us fairly and openly. Time was taken to ensure that we fully understood all the various offerings and extras. We were kept informed by Terry and Della during the 6 week period when the Peugeot 2008 was in your care after the diagnostic had been done. This was very reassuring for us and when the repair had been completed we arranged the payment and then Della organised the return of the vehicle to our home address. This was a great experience from taking my car in to picking it up . I had a video sent to me with a courtesy vehicle check . They even washed and vacuumed the car before I went to pick it up . I have many good years of excellent services from your Company since I Bought my Citroen C5 Car In 2006 from your Company when you were at the old site. I have had very excellent Customer Service since that time. So I came back to your Company because I need to Change my Car. Mr. Akeel Osman and Mr. Daniel Platt took excellent care of me and managed to enable me pick a new car today. So it has been wonderful meeting Mr Akeel Osman again after many years and he has remembered me and has given me excellent Customer Services today and I am very happy and thankful for the excellent service I have received today.
