the service in itself is great and I think it is good value , basically you don't feel ripped off which is your biggest worry and these guys are professionals with a reputation to upkeep.
two minor issues:- the website say the vehicle will be washed and vacuumed , well it wasn't, then the health check all the tires had 6.5 mm depth of tread that's 12 readings identical I don't imagine that is possible except with new tires, and the brake shoes to the rear have 10mm of wear left well I don't think they have 10 to start with.
