Went to see a used car towards the lower end of their cars. Salesman was pleasant, spent time showing me around the car and particularly on collection when wanted to understand how to operate all the toys (upgrading from quite an old car).

Kata my Angel!
I came in today and saw a gentleman who wasn’t especially helpful even after I told him my situation. At the moment I’m caring for my mum who fell a few days ago, she has several broken bones and so is unable to walk. I can’t leave her for too long, as you can imagine.
I decided to chat to Kata who after telling her my situation, fast tracked everything for me and even contacted Arval to see if I could get a courtesy car. She has been absolutely fantastic- kind, caring, understanding and has done above and beyond for me today! Thank you SO much. I came in quite anxious and left feeling very happy and looked after!
