Fantastic customer care provided by Jordan. This was my first time using a dealership other than BMW in the last 5 years. I honestly did not expect the same level of service as BMW. What I found, is that the service provided by Jordan and the team at Peugeot was far better than BMW. I received a personalised service and sound advice. I felt listened to and cared for as a customer. I specifically visit Nick at Peugeot and I have done now for the last 5 years because I know that I will receive honest and helpful support. Nick has always helped me to find the right car, tailored to my needs. Fantastic customer service and a friendly demeanour should come as standard but this isn't always the case in other places.
