Thank you to Melody and her team for working on and cleaning my car today. I had been very depressed that I was coming for my MOT and annual service today because the last time I was at Stellantis a few months ago due to a sudden engine fault warning light on my dashboard I was told my car could not be looked at without an appointment and the next available appointment for diagnostics was over 4 weeks wait. Your colleague went as far as telling me that if I walked into a GP surgery I would not be seen without an appointment booking. That statement to a customer on a service plan has stayed with me and I actually use it as an example in my quality management presentations. Before I left that day I asked if my car was safe to drive and I was told yes because it’s an amber light not a red light. Sadly the next day on my way for school pick-up my car started losing rev and motion as I was approaching a roundabout. I struggled to school and back home and called Stellantis to explain the situation. I was told I have to wait for my annual service or the next available diagnostics with a 4 weeks wait. I ended up finding an independent garage for a next day diagnostic and service.
Melody, today I felt seen, heard, listened to, understood and communicated with professionally. On the drive home for the first time since my brake pads were last changed I didn’t hear any squeaking sound. I really appreciate your service today.

purchased a car by distant sales and was delighted with my new car. I dealt with Harry who completed all the paperwork promptly via E-mails. I was kept informed all the way through and everything was explained fully to me. My car was delivered by Josh a really nice driver who explained the controls to me both Harry and Josh contacted me on the delivery day to keep me informed of timings and any traffic delays. I would recommend stellantis & you Crawley if buying a new car

The handover went smoothly with no issues. I've brought many cars over the years from many diferent car dealerships and the process has not always been as easy and seemless as this was.

Amazing customer service
I’ve bought a few cars from dealerships and have never really experienced good customer service, however I rang up and spoke to Paul Kelsall about a car I saw online. Paul couldn’t do enough for me before and after buying my car, he turned it around in just 2 days because he knew I needed the car quick, he checked in after I got the car to make sure I was happy with everything. Paul is a great salesman and Stellantis are lucky to have him on the team! All the sales team were very welcoming, got plenty cups of tea and more importantly I love my new car.

I never give 5 stars easily but I have to give it to Alisa at Stellantis. I have been using them for years and always dread going to get a new car and although I have not received bad service, neither have I had much to shout about. Alisa has broke to mould by demonstrating a level of service that I can only describe as outstanding. Her communication and effort when way beyond my expectations. I love my car. I would recommend Alisa to anyone who like me always find these type of transactions difficult. She is of a different level of service. Thanks again, Karen
