I recently had my Citroën Relay van in with Stellantis in Brentford for servicing and repairs, and I was really impressed with the level of service I received.
From the initial contact through to the completion of the repairs, the team were professional, helpful and kept me informed throughout. A special mention must go to Jay, who dealt with the customer service side of things. Jay was friendly, approachable and extremely helpful, making the whole process much easier and keeping me updated along the way.
It’s refreshing to receive such good customer service, particularly when your vehicle is important to your business. I would definitely recommend Stellantis Brentford and would be happy to use them again.

I had the great pleasure of having Josh from the Coventry branch look after me. His professionalism and knowledge were fantastic. He assured me of a quick turn around. Which he delivered on. Overall a fantastic experience. Josh is a credit to the Coventry branch and the company as a whole. His customer services skills are outstanding.
