After buying a car from Stellantis in Preston we had some issues regarding the condition of the car.
But I must say after speaking with the service department they was very helpful and professional sorting the problems out.
They did an excellent job with the repairs and even gave a courtesy car out when we had no car for a few days. They was also like enough to fill out car up with petrol on 2 occasions with the inconvenience.
I must say Paul was nice and professional
And Lisa was always lovely and helpful.
And Tim who sold the car to us was always helpful and polite when speaking with him. Thanks for your help

I would like to thank Elizabeth & Jesse at Stellantis & You - Abbey Lane - Leicester, I had a fault with my Citroen Berlingo Van, from contacting the dealership to diagnostics to repair the process was seamless, with both visits resulting in having a courtesy car, it was well organised & efficient, with Liz & Jesse being very accommodating, warm & personable, despite being rushed of their feet, also their communication via text was excellent and convenient as answering my phone during work is difficult, wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the Stellantis & You branch in Leicester, Abbey Lane for your car purchase, knowing you have the back up of the after sales service team, should you need them. Have had a few cars from Peugeot and Nick has always been so approachable, friendly and easy to deal with. He tells you everything you need to know and is very informative and engaging.
The whole process from start to finish is really easy. Nothing feels rushed or pushy which makes the whole experience a nice one.
Would definitely recommend this branch of Peugeot as all the staff are helpful. Especially Nick.
