Very helpful and professional
The service advisor was very helpful and professional, and helped greatly in discussions with the manufacturer. A courtesy car was provided at the drop of a hat when it became clear my car needed further work. I was taken into the service bay, where the service technicians showed me the problem on the disassembled vehicle and explained the situation.

Helpful and good experience
We visited Hatfield Stellantis to look at the new c3-e and learn about full electric cars, having had a couple of prior conversations with Peter Ward. When we arrived, he was very helpful and informative and dealt well with our many questions. My wife had a test drive and she liked the car. We were interested and seriously considered a purchase, but unfortunately we cannot get it into our garage due to it being slightly wider and longer, given the very tight angle of approach. We did not take up a very considerate offer to drive to our house and check it out – it might have worked, but the degree of precision needed made it impractical, but the offer was appreciated.
Throughout, Peter was helpful, considerate and very pleasant to deal with and so I can fully recommend the customer experience at Hatfield Stellantis.
