I recently had my car booked In for a Carplay upgrade. On arrival Anthony Woods welcomed me and informed me of the work to be carried out. After a while he came back to let me know there was a problem with the servers. He apologised for the inconvenience and rebooked for a few days later. After the work was completed he gave me a discount for having to return.

I can’t fault the service I received here. From the moment I walked in I was made to feel welcome, and the whole experience was easy and stress-free. The customer service was honestly brilliant — no pushy sales tactics, just genuine help and proper answers to all my questions.
Andre in particular went above and beyond and made the whole thing so much smoother than I expected. Nothing was too much trouble, and I never felt like just another number.
Would happily recommend them to anyone, and I’ll definitely be back.

Good experience, with Sheffield branch, I was surprised that my repair was reasonable, they did have car 2 days as part was sent wrong first day, but was happy they manage to fix it, nice customer service, young lady Ayanda looked after us and kept us informed and gave us some discount on the price.
