I visited Stellantis &you north Birmingham today without a appointment to see if I could get a couple of small issues sorted out on my car, I was greeted by Kelly from the service department who was very friendly and helpful she went above and beyond to get me booked in and and my car repaired, I was very satisfied with the service I received

Been to Stellantis and You Preston for the cars first service and 2 updates, friendly welcome in the service department by Paul and his team, booked in had a few cups of coffee car came back after being professionally cleaned by Prince.
Always a pleasant experience you are well looked after, the free coffee is a bonus although a few Danish wouldn’t go amiss.

Recently bought a car for my daughter to travel in comfort and safety to university and headed to my local Stellantis and you dealership in Maidstone expecting the typical sales approach, but pleasantly surprised when we were lucky enough to meet Toni Heal. She was welcoming, down to earth, knowledgable and there was zero pressure selling. People buy from people and that’s why we’ve asked Toni to source another car for us. Experience in buying a new Alfa Romeo Gulia
I was looking for a new Alfa Romeo Guilia. I had been badly let down by a company who I drove to 300 mile round trip for a demonstration to be told they did not have a car for me to drive! In despair I almost gave up but for one last try drove to Stellantis and You Leicester (200 mile round trip). I arrived on Sunday the 1st of March and my experience could not have been more different. Ali Saber went out of his way to be helpful to the point that without relaising it we carried on talking for more than an hour after the dealrship had closed! I subsequently ordered the car and there was a hickup in delivery. Ali Saber and Stellantis and You were exceptional in thier handling of the problem. I love my new car and can not thank Stellantis and You and in particular more for all of thier assitance. I would fully recommend buying a car from this company. Totaly honest and totaly customer focused!
