My car was booked in for a check after a recent accident. Holly Wedgwood on Service Desk sorted it out. She is very knowledgeable about my car and the services carried within the garage team. She is very professional and sorted my complimentary health check. The technician in the garage did an excellent job ensuring my car is safe.

Great customer service when my 408GT went in to fault find an error message that flashed up on the dash. Matthew at Birmingham Central looked after me and was second to none in sorting things out. From organising the courtesy car right through to arranging for me to collect my repaired 408 freshly wash and vacuumed. Matt is a credit to the team !
