Russell Baker really delivered first class service! He dealt with all the issues in a professional manner, keeping me informed every step of the way. He went above and beyond on several occasions to ensure we were happy with the new car but also facilitating a smooth transfer. Brentford Workshop-great service.
We recently attended the Brentford workshop for a timing belt replacement on our Citroen. The service we received from Kasia and the workshop team was excellent-professional, friendly and informative. We were able to make the booking at short notice, the vehicle was booked in efficiently and the work was turned around quickly and to our satisfaction.
