Very helpful information provided on options for purchase of a new Peugeot 408 and the costs involved in trading in two cars for the new vehicle. Efficient process for purchasing and the options of car available to me in the 408 range of models. Salesman was very friendly helpful and informative. There was no hard sell we were left to make our choice after being kindly shown the cars on display in the showroom. Overall extremely pleased with experience and assistance provide.

Unannounced visit went well.
On entering the sales department, and we were welcomed. We were interested in a quality used car with a boot large enough to take my wheelchair. We experienced no pressure and were able to proceed with the purchase of an excellently presented Citroën C5 Aircross. We will happily recommend Stellantis Citroen Romford to family, friends, and any purchasers.

I have recently completed my fifth successive car purchase (on a PCP) with this company. That level of repeat business (over 10 years) surely speaks for itself, however I would like to expand a little further.
I have always received excellent service and a great products. In particular, I would like to offer specific praise to Dipesh Nakum, Peugeot New Car Sales Advisor, for his professional customer service over the years.
He always listens to my needs and works hard to guide me towards the best deal. I have never felt any pressure and always come away feeling well informed and with a win/win deal.
The cars, both Citroen and Peugeot, have surpassed expectations in terms of practicality, comfort, economy and above all, reliability.
I am a very happy customer and I'm sure I will be returning to Dipesh for a sixth vehicle in the years to come.
