Efficient Customer Service in car sales.
At the entrance of the showroom I was greeted within 5 minutes. I was allowed to view the ranges on display and told timescales of the availability as I have a ULEZ deadline date. It was overall a lovely experience and made the enquiry and car purchasing experience something to be excited about as it should be.
The sales assistant was calm and very patient in the time i took in making the financial decision.
